“Nathan Baier worked with the Town’s Planning Staff to develop our new zoning map. The old map was last updated in 1993 and didn’t reflect annexations, much less zoning, from over the last 23 years. Nathan provided thoughtful feedback during this complex project. His attention to detail and precision is remarkable. Since then, the map was adopted by the Town Board and is well-used. We will use the mapping and associated data as a spring board for future mapping efforts, i.e., Future Land Use Map, PUDs, etc.”
